“We are proud and excited about our new shopping and office center at Exit 55 of the LIE in Hauppauge and about the possibility of becoming the first LEED GOLD certified building of its type in Suffolk County,” said Dave Abel President of United Realty and Managing member of Quadrangle Properties, which owns the building. “We are seeking the GOLD LEVEL of LEED certification and have submitted our paperwork accordingly. We are still pending and will make an announcement as soon as we get the official notification. We’re confident it’s the first of many LEED
