HAUPPAUGE, NEW YORK, March 29, 2011 – It’s only two months away! Sponsors and exhibitors are gearing up to meet one-on-one with thousands of Long Island business leaders during the region’s largest one-day Business to Business Trade Show. And it’s not too late to join them. HIA-LI, the recognized voice for business on Long Island, will hold its 24th Annual Business Trade Show & Conference on Thursday, May 24 from 9 AM to 4 PM, at the Suffolk County Community College Sports & Exhibition Complex, Brentwood Campus. The event is hosted by HIA-LI in partnership with the Long Island Forum for Technology (LIFT) and Suffolk County Community College. Come to the place where business gets done. More information for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors is available at http://hia-li.org/tradeshow2012/.

This year’s event includes a breakfast keynote presentation from leadership trainer and motivational speaker Brian Parsley who has returned to the event by popular demand. In addition, Long Island Leaders will discuss economic development projects that are helping to forge a new future for our region.

The Trade Show is expected to bring together over 4,000 attendees and some 400 exhibitors from the business, technology, professional, educational and governmental segments to conduct business, generate sales leads, and participate in a series of topical seminars.

“Each year we hear from our sponsors and exhibitors that the HIA-LI Trade Show and Conference is a key event for prospecting and sales,” said HIA-LI President Terri Alessi–Miceli. “Seventy-eight percent of our attendees are decision makers from service providers, technology companies, distributorships, manufacturers and education—all key industries on Long Island.”

The Conference agenda includes a combination of fee-based and free sessions. Because space is limited, reservations are required to attend fee-based sessions and events.
