Supporting EAC’s work on the east end and highlighting the work of the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) in Central Islip and Riverhead.  The mission of the CAC is to provide a comprehensive, culturally competent, and trauma-informed response to child abuse allegations. EAC utilizes a multi-disciplinary team approach in a child-friendly environment in ways that support and protect children, non-offending caregivers, and other family members.
