
FT Bookkeeper
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at a boutique accounting firm.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for a diverse range of clients, helping businesses thrive with efficient bookkeeping practices.
Duties
- Maintain general ledger and financial statements
- Process payroll, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and filing
- Manage financial data and prepare reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally within a CPA firm or accounting setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and time-management abilities
