Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at a boutique accounting firm.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for a diverse range of clients, helping businesses thrive with efficient bookkeeping practices.

Duties

  • Maintain general ledger and financial statements
  • Process payroll, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing
  • Manage financial data and prepare reports for clients
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Experience

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally within a CPA firm or accounting setting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and time-management abilities
