Conceptualized in 2019 during the purchase of United Water Restoration Group of LI, BoomZeal Enterprises began as the brainchild of Phil DePaul, local Long Island resident looking to make property maintenance more manageable for consumers - both residential and commercial alike. From there, he acquired Low Price Junk Removal and United Shield Contracting Corp between 2020-2022. Finally, he opened a 1-Tom-Plumber franchise location in Farmingdale in the Summer of 2023, specializing in emergency plumbing services. BoomZeal is already on the road to becoming a true one-stop-shop. 

We are BoomZeal Enterprises: a local and multifaceted home improvement organization aiming to be accountable, resilient, solution-oriented, collaborative, and growing. We are comprised of United Water Restoration Group,1-Tom-Plumber, Low Price Junk Removal and United Shield Contracting Corp. Focused on emergency services, we're to provide aid to both our residential and commercial clients.
